Our Training Program is Launching in 2026!

This program is built upon three core areas listed below. Additionally, you can collaborate and exchange experiences and ideas with other plan sponsors within the OA 401 (k) Community, and participate in periodic live training sessions and peer-group coaching.

In this six-module course, we will cover the structure of operating a 401(k) plan, including the plan documents and their provisions and design.

The Providers

In this five-module course, we will survey the providers who support a 401(k) and explore the services, the fees and the business practices of each.

The Process

This seven-module course provides best practices for managing all the processes with your plan including participant transactions, payroll and census data, annual compliance and mananging self-corrections.
